Dr. Xue Min,With over thirty years of experience in industry research and commercialization, Dr. Xue Min earned his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and the Cleveland Clinic. He is among the earliest scholars in China to engage in magnetic resonance research. In 1998, he founded Mindray Medical Instrument Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen as its President, leading his team to successfully develop China's first 1.5T superconducting MRI system. In 2001, he became President of Siemens-Mindray Magnetic Resonance Ltd. and was honored with the title of "Global Top Innovator" by Siemens in 2008. Since 2011, Dr. Xue Min has served successively as Chief Advisor and Chairman and CEO of United Imaging Healthcare, and currently holds the position of Chairman of United Imaging Group.

Under the leadership of Xue Min, United Imaging Group has established a comprehensive intelligent healthcare ecosystem covering the full continuum of care—from prevention and diagnosis to treatment and rehabilitation. This ecosystem encompasses business segments including a complete portfolio of medical imaging and therapeutic equipment, digital healthcare solutions, medical AI, medical chips, centers for precision medical imaging diagnosis and internet hospitals, medical robots, wearable medical devices, and 3D printing.
